You can call it a slang or talks and actions that break all orders and discipline for baseless, senseless and meaningless gossips which directly comes from ones HEART (NO BRAINS REQUIRED). :P Especially done with friends or group of people.BACKETI is not only used in any specific region or part of the country but all over India. People doing BACKETI are called BACKETS.
